 What brand motorI'm new to surface drive motors but need some help choosing a motor for a 1648 rivvited boat, I'm from Manitoba Canada and shallow water with lots of vegitation is more the issue rather than mudflats. I want a manual trim as electric is not quick enough to avoid all the rocks. Ideas?

What brand motor The trim on these mud motors don't lock it in place all is needed is to push down on handle to get motor up!!
