 help on engine change from 9hp to ???

Post help on engine change from 9hp to ???
anyone ever changed a motor to a bigger engine all together? how do i make sure everything lines up? what am i to look for? just a little help/advice would be good to get me started....and what would be a good choice to put on the frame for a 1448?
