 Vanguard Break-in Q?? Any thought's on breakin in a new motor? The motor is a 35 Vanguard. Thanks, Tom

Re: Vanguard Break-in Q?? I should have asked "What oil do you like to use for break-in" I'm thinking a strait 30w for the 1st 10hrs and run it hard to get the rings to seat.

Re: Vanguard Break-in Q?? I run it from day one as soon as i took the motor off the pallet. When i took the motor apart to do mods all parts showed little to no wear at all. With the mods i have now i am running Rotella, just a preferance. Everyone has different opinions but this has been my experience.
