 Cajun microwave.
Any of y'all got one and like it? Sittin here contemplating on building me one. I think it's a pretty kick think to build heck rost some hog and probably build something for the top so you would be able to cook thinks on top the fire

 Cajun microwave.
Yep got two of em. Mine aren't big enough to roast a hog. We just do that on an open fire. Perfect for brisket or roast.

I really thought about makeing one myself also even got the stainless to do so. I found something that really works well but will not do a whole pig. We used an oiless turky fryer and needless to say the stainless will now be used for something else.

I've got one and my wife uses it more than I do. She often does fund raisers for a club she belongs to and she'll do a whole pig. We do use it for parties and such but she wanted one a few years back so I had one made for her.
I have a rack that I put on the top that I grill on while cooking also.
