Putting it up for the Summer
So I read the Fuel 101 and I have decided to ask and see what most of yall do with your gas when you put the boat up for an extended period of time. In my bigger boat im forced to put stabil in it during the winter because of the internal gas tank. But with the removable gas tank in the Gatortail I can easily empty and clear all of the gas from the boat. So which do you do, Stabil? or Burn and clear the gas from your motor?

Stabil here too and non ethanol gas in all my small engines, generators etc. I don't have any fuel related problems since I've been doing this. Also leave tanks full and run carbs out of fuel if I can

If you fill the tank up all the way you don't have to worry bout condensation. Also stabill works good and run the engine out of gas

Re: Putting it up for the Summer
I add stabil to the tank then run the engine for a while to ensure the stabilized fuel has ran through it, then I pull the fuel line off the tank and let the engine run till it dies. pour the fuel from the tank into your truck and call it good.
