Post Built to stick em deep
Decided to build me a bowfishing deck for my PD

Started with some scrap pieces.

Tested the fit.

Ran wires and shot a little paint.

Installed 8 300 watt halogens.

Mounted trolling motor base.

Used the last scrap pieces of Hydroturf I had on top and finished painting.

Hit the switch on the genny.

Then cleaned out the river so the bass and bream population will go up    me and my buddy put over 100 in the boat Friday and Saturday night. We heard a few jump back in the water back there a couple of times. Largest one was 55" and a half a dozen over 4 feet (second pic)

How is the platform secured to the deck.

Do you fry the gar or grill them. ;)

I put a couple D rings on the bottom of the patform and tied to the grab rails with muletape. I can take it all off by myself with no tools in just a couple of minutes.

I tried the Gene Davis tips last weekend and loved them. You must like the Wave! If your into building your own arrows go to Lowes or Home Depot or some hardware store and fine the driveway markers. They're super cheap and make an excellent fishing arrow. Just cut them to length and glue your tips and nocks on them, drill a hole and go.
