 Orion Outboards New Poseidon 700????? Just curious if anyone has seen one of these yet. I have tried to call them several times and knowone ever answers.
Coming exclusively to Orion in Late April 2012 the All new –
Poseidon 700 – 45hp
· Powered by Arctic Cat 700cc engine
o 7200 RPM engine
o Liquid cooled
o Fuel injected
o CVT transmission with hi and low range
o 150hp gates Kevlar Poly chain drive
o Reverse
o 12 x 14 prop
· Weight 185lbs

Re: Orion Outboards New Poseidon 700????? Orion called me back and said that they have hit a few delays and it might be another couple of weeks before its ready. They said that they are putting a cowling over the motor to protect the wiring harness. He will be sending me pics next week and they will have video posted on their website in a couple of weeks.

Re: Orion Outboards New Poseidon 700????? Now the waitin game, I wonder if the weights are correct on the site, if so 185 for a 45 is very impressive. Wonder if he will use the whole line of artic cat engines like the 300cc thru the 1000cc. Using a cowl over the engine could also make this thing very quiet and good for sneaking around the swamps
