Edge boat?

Looking at getting the 1542 edge boat and putting a 23 mud motor on it, has anybody seen or used a mud motor on this brand boat? How did it run? I know what your going to say about the light gauge but I don't run stumps so it will not be a problem. _________________ 1650 custom sneak with 50efi HDR 1754 excel F86 44HDR Modded 23gtr with 1448 county line on the way

But I may be wrong. When I called they said it could be upgraded to any thickness, but I have ran a .050 ga Jon boat (beet it to hell but it still worked) and now I have a custom 1338 built from .063 with three long stringers and it is holding up fine, for where I run.
