Someone should make a video while installing hydro turf. There is nothing out on net. I know some of you guys install alot of it. Just an idea, I would do it but have no clue what I am doing yet.

Step 1. Order sheets with 3M adhesive backing.
Step 2. Cut sheet to fit.
Step 3. Peel off backing paper.
Step 4. Place on surface and press down.
Repeat until all desired surfaces are covered or you run out of turf.

Have you ever applied a sticker before?
Renewed your registration on your liscence plate?
Stuck on a name tag?
It works the same way.

Has anybody ever try to get the old shit removed?I think that will be a bitch!

I still used spray glue on the edges of the pices or if they are not that wide.

I am new to the turf myself but I installed a piece for my bow deck at the start of last season. Trying to save some money, I bought a closeout piece w/o the peel back adhesive, and just used contact cement as they suggested. No problem. In fact, it was easier than the previous carpetting I installed because the turf is thinner and easier/lighter to work with, easier to cut and trim. Of course I prepped the aluminum deck by sanding and then wiping with acetone and letting it dry before adding the cement and turf. I bought another piece for the main floor and will soon install that.
