 Re: fuel injected mud motors
I think the grape vine said they having trouble with the injectors but don't know how I know that think. It's the mapping of them that's a problem

 Re: fuel injected mud motors
Fuel injection isnt rocket science.. It has only been availeable since 1985 in toyota and 1988 in GM vehicles.... Im sure whatever is being used on these small engines will be OLD technology anyway. But any injection system IMO is leaps and bounds forward in tecnology than a carburetor.

 Re: fuel injected mud motors
I wwould be these are "Chipped" ECM's. It would be neat to see and OBDII systems on a lawn mower motor. Use A single GM fuel injector per cylinder along with a common rail fuel system. TBI injection would be the esiest to package IMO.

 Re: fuel injected mud motors
It's all good, Just throwing it out there. Yeah there have had variations, but the main stream was mid to late 80's when EFI was accepted.

No Jimmy, prodrive has had the water in LU problem fixed for several years now. GTR, on the other hand, still hasn't figured out a way to get there reverse to pull u off a pile of water lillies without a push pole.
