[color=#0000BF]Got my new GTR35 last weekend and looking for advise on how to run it. It seems to be at top speed when motor is trimmed nearly all the way up. Is this the normal? Also this being my first mud motor I was wondering if the hole shot I was getting out of mine is normal. What is the best trim hieght during hole shot?

Wow!! Lol let me try this. As for as trim if your running wide open and it's trimmed all the way up if you trim down and gain speed you have enough trim if not put on the top pin!! Best to have gps!! As for as hole shot if in normal water were you run at should be good if in mud trim down as you start moving start trimming up to keep momentum going if it stops back up dig a hole and start again !!
