Some details might actually help your case insteand of whining like a 12 year old girl, but I can tell you that their plant is on a 20 acre track of land and to my knowledge they have never told someone that they didnt have room to bring their boat in.

I never had trouble talking or getting help from gator Trax since I been dealing with them.. Even when I was thinking about which boat i wanted I would always call while offshore and they would help me out by sending me emails and pictures of the boat I have now.. Good people IMO..

The issue could be the consumer and not the supplier...

I call bullshit on this one! My personal dealings with them was top notch. Some of the best service I have ever had dealing with a company. Maby it's because they have dealt with you in the past is why they are not getting back with you. If you just made one phone call and no one called back try again? Let them know you didn't get a call back the first time shit happens and you shouldn't get all pissy about . Oh ya I didn't even buy a boat from them . But I would in a hart beat.

i had superb service from gatortrax both times when i bought boats even after the sale kent took great care of me and went through loops to make sure i was happy. they always call me back pretty quickly IF i even have to wait, most of the time they transfer me right to kent or david. if your basing your experience off of a non returned phone call then ima tell you right now based off my and 2 other friends experience that you may be waiting awhile to get call backs from some of the custom builders so be prepared. had one builder never answer the phone and never even return several voicemails.

Look, this was just a rant, like hundreds of others posted on this forum. Mine happened to be about my recent experiences with a company that I gave every benefit of the doubt. That's it. I feel better now...and its Friday afternoon, so let's all just crack open our chilly snack of choice and move on with life. Cheers

don't give up yet fight back (say gator-tail sucks) that shit will blow up quick. Really though i have been scared and alone too. Feels like the whole wide world is falling down on you and all you need is just a phone call to pick it up off of you and it never comes. Sometimes you just gotta brush the chips off your shorts git up and call back cuz their hunt deck models with some BPS hanging off the back is where it is at.
