 New RigJust finnished painting my new mad man hull and just started

Re: New Rig Not enough to squeeze between two cypress trees. The last boats he was posting on here didn't have anything tied into the sides. Bracing should be on top of the floor and welded into the sides. Shouldn't sacrifice the strength of the long runners to make the boat more convenient to walk through either.

Re: New Rig My boat doesn't change shape enough to "squeeze" through anything. I said cypress because that was the reasoning given on the other thread.
If you cut out notches to sink the cross bracing, you are sacrificing some of the strength of the runners. |
