How many of y'all have a box Made? I'm thinking about making one for a gwt I got last season. I went to a garage sale and picked up a bunch of old boxes of shells and other misc. old school duck hunting stuff.

If you've got a box made, post pics of it!

I plan to make one with a full strap, trying to include a mallard drake, a nice spring, wigeon drake, a nice woodie(already got him), and I'll prolly leave the other two spots open for if I ever get an ol band.

I plan to make it big enough to put a pic up of me and bird dog, an prolly eventually turn it into a tribute/memorial to him after he's gone.

I believe I stole that idea from Poker, who if I remember right, posted pics of his In the dog r.i.p. forum

Yes. My taxi doesn't charge any extra for it. I just googled dead duck taxidermy I think.

At 260 a bird, it won't be cheap, but I think it will be freaking sweet. I've already got the barn wood and thought about incorporating some old barb wire or something. It'll be fun. B

I wanna say I saw or heard about one with a tailgate that was the plat form. Sounded cool bc most of my photos are from the tail gate.

But yeah, Owen, just google something like that and fuck ton of pics show up.

I have a wigeon I got back in a dead mount, let me tell you it's addictive wanting to add on.

Right now he is just hanging on the wall, but when I get my own place I have a big driftwood cypress log I am planning to stand it up and cut the back out to fit in a corner.
hang the ducks on a knot up top and put an old A-5, old camo and some other things my grandpa left when he passed against it.

I'd like to put 2-3 big green heads, a bull sprig, a wigeon, and a woodie on it.

That'd be pretty sweet. Once I finally retire my A-5 it's going to be used for something like this too... At the moment it's out of commission ill have to get a pic of it

Man I looked back at this and still am like damn! I love the black duck. I've only seen a couple in my life. And like a dumb ass I missed my first opportunity at a bull can. Man that sucked. But I think I'm going to have amixed bag like that done. Maybe put a goldeneye in there. Awesome man!

Damn Marcus I remember my first green head. Shot it out of a flooded field with a .22 Benjamin about a half a mile from a park. Fattest mallard I've ever killed!
