 Need help with generator inverter. Selection I am rigging up my boat for bowfishing. I was wondering if any one has any good luck with these generators / inverters .i am not looking to spend the money for the Honda. I know there great but I just can't afford one at this time. I will be running 4 150hps with caps. Please tell me whet is good and what is not. Thanks

Re: Need help with generator inverter. Selection I have tried running a champion and Generac Inverters on my 8 capped HPS lights and they would flicker... but would run 6 of them... I ened up going with a Honda EU... but my champion 4000w genny can run them no problem... and has ran my set up for 5 years before the Honda... but its just too freaking load... the inverters are nice on the volume level you can talk over them and play music and still hear your buddies...

Need help with generator inverter. Selection I've got the champion 2000 inverter running 6 150w HPS. Im very happy with it and it runs them on Econ mode. For half the price of the Honda you can't beat it!

And what about the gas consumption. Do you find yourself always refilling it

And when running it. I can hear myself thing but I also plan on killing it and trolling to Bowfish when it's just me and one other person And that's when I want it to be quite
