The old 0/20 charging system would not keep up. The 20/50 will keep them topped off long as you are letting the motors eat every so often.

I ran 17 lights for 45 min off of 1 29 series batt and did not even draw the battry down. When I can remember i am going to run the until the batt dies to get an idea of life.
