 Engine Front CoverThe fan guard on my vanguard spins. I forgot and touched it the other day and damn near cut my finger off.
I then saw this picture on the BPS site and this engine has a "grill/grate" that is covering that spinning fan guard. What is that called and where does one going about getting this guard? _________________ 1846 GTB and 35 GTR New GT Rig Old Surface Drive Build |

Re: Engine Front Cover That shield is only made for the 35 hp block...........But you may be able to make it work with a little "rigging."
What you can get is the recoil starter which eliminates the rotating screen fits over the front of the motor, like in the pic on this link http://www.vanguardengines.com/engines/ ... v-twin-hs/ |
