 SeaArk Mud Runner 170
Anybody know anything about this boat?
There's a dealer not too far away from me that has one in stock with a ProDrive on it.

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
They look good but seem to be way over priced, if that was the right price I was looking at, more then $16,000 for a 1748.

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
The SeaArks I've had have been good, tough boats but when you subtract off the price of the ProDrive and galv. trailor that puts the boat at $7000 to $8000 depending on what options the motor has.
Anyone else seen one of these?

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
I've been looking at the 170 for a month now and it seems to b a good boat but I'm waiting on the 180 (1852) that's coming Putin November before I make my mind up. I've got prices on the 170 with timber runner package only and trailer for under 7k from all the dealers I've called. The best price I got was $5650 for boat and trailer. I would still like to know someone running one to know the performance #'s with stock motor.

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
i paid 6300 out the door with trailer. Only flaw is false transum and the seam on the bottom boat scoots pretty good and holds a laod better than what the tag says it will.

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
I was also wondering if it would be ok to notch out the transom on that boat to make it a short transom? its 15" wide, and my mount is 7.5" wide.

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
It runs 32 to 33 with a couple people I run a mb hd 5500. I have seen 34 on the GPS by myself a few times but not consistantly. The bottom was pretty smooth when I got it. I run over alot of shit tho. Its held up pretty good. I wouldnt say its hooked but its got a lil wave on it from a pipe we crossed a.couple times. Ive run stumps, shell. Logs pipes. Jumped leveys Andi thought the bottom would look worse than it does by now.

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
I dont see why you wouldnt be able to cut down the transom. Its just aluminum. Its does have some plastic filler shit in there though. I dont think it would be a problem cutting.

SeaArk Boats, builder of all-welded aluminum hunting and fishing boats, has announced the partnership with Austyn Yoches and Blake McDonald, as seen in Swamp PeopleĀ® on History. Every one on da show got a boat deal now.

 Re: SeaArk Mud Runner 170
Is it just me or does the guy in the video seem to think that Seaark just came up with everything that everyone on here has known all along on their own? It looks like a fine boat, but I felt like he thought he was showing me the first ever hunt deck or "hunt step" as he calls it. Maybe they could come up with something that rolls next to help me carry around heavy loads while exerting less energy. They could call it the Seaark "wheel" maybe...
