 rpm ? what should the rpm s be on a stock 35 wide open . not geting but 3175 in gear and 3300 out of gear .

Re: rpm ? ~4300 out of water. Loaded, rpm's will vary but should be ~4000

Re: rpm ? Adjust your governor- make sure the spring is in the last slot of the governor arm.
