 Re: MB 7000 Opinions!
You're absolutely right about the rpm, that's why I specified 0-28mph LOL. I don't suggest turning more than stock rpm without bottom end work, reliable but strong combo that produces what a 7000 will without me or you noticing the difference. If you're racing, maybe a 7000 but everyday do what you need to do and play with every now and then....what I said. Maybe someone close to me with a 7000 would like to run around the lake one time to really see how much more a 7000 has, I'm willing to bet it's not $2,500 worth...

 Re: MB 7000 Opinions!
Another good question is....... whether you spend $10,500 on a 7000 series motor, OR if you have the room, get TWO 35hp motors for $1,000 more.

 Re: MB 7000 Opinions!
I had to lower my trim tab to keep it from porpoising, when I did that it lost 1mph. did u put the 4600 coils on? When I put them on mine the best empty speed I got was 31 and bumped 32 a few times.

 Re: MB 7000 Opinions!
somebody slipped some angel dust in Wills bag of fairy dust. gotta agree with the generic port work on their heads. intake runners i believe could also be at fault on the 7000. but seriously Will. a build like u have bumping up against a 4100 - 4300 rpm range. would have a hard time running up against a 7000. loaded - unloaded or other wise.

 Re: MB 7000 Opinions!
A 7000 will have more power at sea level then 4300 feet,. Just simple carb tunning to get them dialed in for different altittude.
