 spare belt?
You guys suggest to keep a spare belt on hand? Do they break often? How much they cost for a 35 GTR? Curl

 Re: spare belt?
It's good to have a spare belt but as DDM said, I too wouldn't lose sleep over it. Especially if it's a newer engine.
A new one is around $100.00 if I remember correctly.

 Re: spare belt?
it's $100...it will be a nice edition to your storage box. I learned the hard way 7 miles deep in the swamp and spent the night sitting on a high creek bank next to a fire drinking cool beer with 3 other friends. If I would have had an extra belt I could have changed it right there and out of the swamp in an hour. When I bought the replacement belt I bought two and left it in the box.
You may never need it, but when you will need it and not have it, it sucks bad!

 Re: spare belt?
Agreed. $100 is not much for being able to get back home. Thanks guys.

 Re: spare belt?
Haha. If it was a GDSD, I'd say hell no, bc it's a pain in the ass from the garage, let alone in the swamp!

 Re: spare belt?
I have only sold one GD belt in the past 4 years and that one went to a safari operator in Africa. I would not think you will likley have a problem. I would assume your local dealer will have them in stock anyway. Duckdon
