 Running Rich; Rev Limiter Crap; 87 Gas Here's what my sparkplugs look like after about 20 hrs of use. What's up with this...running rich. Just disconnected rev limiter, flushed my fuel lines, replentishe with 93 octane and added octane boos, new sparkplugs. Runs like a fricin' rocket now

Re: Running Rich; Rev Limiter Crap; 87 Gas Motor ran so well this morning....no rev limiter, no sputtering, started easily. I examined the rev limiter when I pulled it off yesterday and noticed the connection had pulled out from the box exposing the electronic board inside. That can't be a good thing. Looks like the backing nut came loose. I couldn't figure out how to get into the darn box to fix it. I had to rip the foam padding on the back to get to the the back panel but still could figure out how to open it. Must be sealed with intent of no re-entry.

one side of my BPS exhaust is glowing red at night and the other isnt. whats that a sign of? running lean on one side and not the other?

Re: Running Rich; Rev Limiter Crap; 87 Gas Update on engine issue: Since I flushed out the 87 octane fuel and disengaged my rev limiter, my GTR23 has been running like a champ.
Don't ever use 87 octane!!!! Its all the station had when my son filled up at the last minute before he launched.
