I need some help from the gurus. I am rebuilding my 23, I bored it .020 over and bought replacement briggs piston and rings. Got the block bored out and going to reinstall everything but these rings dont match the instructions or the vanguard book I have. Its suppose to have a T on the rings but I see a R. The middle ring is also suppose to have a taper according to instructions but I am not seeing it. Before I go assuming can someone clarify this for me? Also, factory pistons and rings had a oil wiper with 2 rings on top and bottom. The new wiper does not include the 2 rings that go above and below. Did they forget to send me some parts or is this piston kit with rings that I bought good to go as is? See pics..

The shop I bought the piston kit from insist the oil ring is a one piece and don't seem real enthusiastic to make things right. So.. What to do now? Every online parts diagram does not show the wiper as a 3pc and doesn't detail it out in the bill of materials. Whats the best way or company to contact to find these parts? I know I need them...
