Ok as I posted earlier about mods to my PRODRIVE. I said iwas going to put on a mikuini and setx heads on it.
Before I go about doing this work. Is it as simple as pulling old heads off and puting on new gaskets and new head? Or am I opening a hole can of worms? What problems do I face or is this about it.

It's pretty much that simple. Need to follow the torque sequence and specs, and you'll have to set the valve lash once you get them on, but it is a pretty straight forward install.
