|
 dumb question Ran my new gator 35 today in break in mode. I've owned 2 longtails previously. I know what happens when you hit a stump or similar object at full speed with a longtail, but what happens with a surface drive? Doesnt seem to be any "give" and I'm wondering what breaks?

Re: dumb question It will free float and just bounce up no problem. They won't be nothing break unless the prop get jammed in a stump or something kinda freak like

Re: dumb question Loosen up the nut that holds the tiller and it'll also float instead of jerking your arm out of socket. 3/4" nut on bottom of plastic cover, by the trim motor.
