Is there any alternator on a GTR35?

Well my battery was dead one morning and I jumped it, ran it for 5 min before trim started working then everything was back to normal after a 10 mile run. I'd say YES.

rectifier only puts ouy charging voltage when the motor is running at 2000 rpms or higher. Output voltage should be between 12 to 13 volts

12v and its not working. Should be 14v+.
