 sweet corn
So I have been on a sweet corn "kick" peaches and cream sweet corn if it helps ya out.
Now I have either grilled it by just pulling the cover back, cleaning the hairs off and then putting them on the grill .
or boiling it. Does anyone have any other good ways of cooking sweet corn????????

 Re: sweet corn
Duck we have been wearing the peaches and cream out at my house. I cook some on the BGE and boil the ears on other days. I have several 'super steak' mater plants that have been lightened up lately too. I buy a couple of pounds of garlic bologna thick cut each week. Every day my lunch consists of double fiber bread, mayo, a super thick slice of mater and two thick slices of garlic bologna. I sprinkle some spicy Tonys on the mater and go to town. YUMMY

Sweet corn fritters in a black skillet with a touch of Crisco.
