Post crimped hull or not
Always wondered wich is better. 1 piece crimped hull, cut back to desired length for taper and rake OR weld the sides out with a slight taper in the back to "release"

I don't taper them in very often and they seem to run just as good I think all that tapering and bringing up the bottom doesn't make a difference bc a mudmotor doesn't really have the power to put it on the ass end of the boat

Just wondering. Someone I work with mentioned it and he thought the taper would help the Lillie's slide off. I kinda thought BS cuz I'm the one running in the Lillie's and can see. All of mine are crimped hills and haven't missed a lick. But if it did indeed work, I'll take that advantage.

I've done it on several boats and left plenty straight seem to run the same with mudmotor. You can tell a difference with a outboard tho
