 is the extened front deck for fishing alot nicer?
im ordering a 1646 gator tail for hunting and fishing but cant decide if want the exteded deck or not im thinking i do but dont have any way to test them both out whats your guys thought on it?

Get it. You put your gas tank and whatever else you want under it. It also gives you 16" more front deck.

yea its worth it I got one put on my boat when i bought it like eljefe said it will keep your gas tank an second battery out of the way an it will also give you more room for fishing an moving around it is well worth the extra lil coin

I have a 5' deck now, and I'll most likey go 6' on my next boat. You can never have a deck too big!

WOW! Unreal.
Meanwhile, back on fishing decks...yes, get the extended deck. I completely enclosed my gas tank with mine....much to Uncle J and Heath's dismay! The extra space is nice and it's not that much more weight.

You'll never hear a guy say that he wishes his deck were smaller.
Go bigger more room to move without the fear of falling off the front deck.
