Are you guys running your stereos off a dedicated "stereo only" battery? Or, do you draw off your trolling motor battery? I assume you're leaving the starting battery alone and drawing off something else.

Everyone does it different some have a small lawnmower battery inside the cooler others have the cigarette lighter plugs coming out of them.

Just have to try it out. Not really a set range or specific list of what the signal will travel through. It SHOULD travel through a cooler though, and is definitely not a line of sight deal like IR.

Cubman, i bet it will work. I have an Iphone and it will play my jawbone jambox up to about 60 ft, so I would think it would work being so close to each other.

300 watt rocker fosgate an i would put it up against most peoples stereos for the quality of sound along with tha loudness of it i have around 2500 in everything maybe a lil more an i love it works great in the boat or on the tailgate for pasture parties if some body will tell me how to put videos on here ill put some up of it

Put this little unit in last week, polk audio db651s and 200w boss amp. Less than $75 and sounds decent for the money.
