Re: Deep South Customs out of business?
I think nocemdead did, if he's the guy from Arkansas I'm thinking about. Whoever it was, it was only because of some serious threats of legal/police action, if I'm not mistaken. Some of the others have/are pursuing legal action/criminal charges, or at least they were talking about doing that a few months ago. That's more to give him the punishment he deserves rather than recoupe their losses, I expect, because he's never going to have the money. I haven't heard anything about his whereabouts, etc. since all of this started.

After seeing Nicks boat and the corners he cut, I could see why he's out of business

Re: Deep South Customs out of business?
I'm still waiting on money from that thieving piece of shit, but at least the cocksucker sent my motor back. I've filed theft charges and have been getting the runaround from LPSO about signing the arrest affidavit. One of these days in the near future I'll get down there and get it taken care of and that fucker will get hooked up. Hopefully sitting his ass in jail will make him come through with the money, but I'm not holding my breath. The fucking piece of shit was working on getting my money around thanksgiving and said he was broke but still had enough money to get a new iPhone. Only thing worse than a lying thief is a child molestor, and they're pretty damn close!
And he's not out of business because he cut corners on building boats, he's out of business because he's a thieving sack of shit!

Re: Deep South Customs out of business?
Well I got a call from LPSO today saying they hooked good old Jessie up last week and he's still sitting in the pokey, guess we'll see how it all plays out in the court system. It's too bad it had to get to this point, but this could've all went away if he would've gave me my money back...
Also wanted to say thanks to Dean and Dan for the help as well, I really appreciate it!

Seems he was smart enough to save enough of that "deposit" money for bail.

Re: Deep South Customs out of business?
You know now he is going to hire a attorney do defend his action. By the time this is done he will have to pay goosie, his attorney and court cost. Along with a lot of frustrated thoughts going through his head.
Jesse McNemar pay the man and move on.

Re: Deep South Customs out of business?
I knew he wouldn't sit in there forever, was going off what the det told me. Hell up here to bond out for something similar is only gonna run you a grand or less after you see the judge. If he wants to hire an attorney or qualifies for a public defender/pretender and wants to fight it then go right ahead, he doesn't have a leg to stand on. Send the subpoena on up, I've got no problem coming down for a trial. Or he can send a cashiers check and its all over and done with

Re: Deep South Customs out of business?
A couple of months ago I got a letter from an attorney about a bankruptcy hearing. It listed his total assets as ~$5000. Letter said I was being informed so I could go to the hearing and/or make a claim against his assets-along with God knows how many other people. I didn't go. Why bother.
