I am currently looking into a lease in PAC that was offered to me but my question is how is the hunting in that area? Ive never hunted there but it is a good size piece of land and I want to make a good decision before I take it or pass on it. Also if I pick it up I may look into spliting it with another person possibly. Thanks for any help.

When do you want to go ride out there? I grew up fishing and hunting PAC, and I'm not talking about the WMA. Certain areas are better than others, a lot depends on if theres water in the winter as a lot if places turn to a mud flat. Where about is it if you don't mind me asking?
