This is a bladed mandrel. Pretty sweet when done with all the milling the blades instead of strait or spiral they look like tractor tires almost pretty sweet shit

Only thing I hate about franks is they are so picky on there finishes. If they call for a 32 finish better damn well be a32 finish it it's coming back

If thats gonna have splines on it we dont mess with it thats strictly a test madrel. They gotta be dead on to fit in the shaft, some of them mandrels get hit with about 5 million pounds of pull.
