Post New proposal on sharing duck hunting property.
it seems to me that duck hunting has gotten to the point where it's prohibitively expensive for the average guy to hunt. One has to almost have a private lease or his own property to hunt. So, since all ducks are public property belonging to no one, anywhere they are enticed to go should be subject to rules setting aside hunts for the public. For example, flooded rice ponds, marsh, corn fields, etc. I say, everyone who has access to or owns land on which they intend to hunt ducks, has to declare that area "duck hunting property", kind of like DMAP areas for dear. If I have a 5 acre pond on my property on which I hunt ducks, I'd have to make it available to the public. Of course there would be limitations...number of hunters, days, etc. Say you have a three, two man blinds on it, then maybe one of them would be designated the public's blind. I would be in favor of also granting the land owner immunity from liability for any accidents.

To enforce this, no one could hunt any property, not even his own, without applying for and receiving confirmation from the state that he has declared it "duck hunting property". So F all the wealthy land and lease owners; they'd have to share, too.

That's about like a damn democrat, wanting the people who have worked to pay for land to hunt to just give it away. Always wanting something for nothing, why don't you go rally with the other niqqers.

Sounds alot like the current administrations redistribution of wealth agenda. I dont own or lease any property and still think this is asinine! Keep govt. small dont give them the opportunity to ruin duck season along with every thing else they touch.

Dean

Did the liability ever cross your mind. The damn lawyers would have a field day. I can see it now every hunter that has an accident on privately owned land suing the land owner.

Don't you have a rally to attend?

I love to simply ask liberals this question..when you spread the wealth where does the incentive to work come from. You won't receive an educated answer. They will change to another point and dodge the question.

Dean,

I'm sure you have friends that own hunting land or that lease hunting land. Did you run this by them? If you haven't don't do it. You're going to get laughed at.

U fucking idiot! Did u really just type that.

Do u realize, for every piece of propert I lease, I also am responsible for that propert legally, and not only do I have to pay for each lease..I have to insure each lease. So y the fuck, y the fuck, y the fuck would I allow the random public assholes hunt the shit I pay for? Because ur tired of watching everyone n Henderson kill birds but u? U tired of dealing with public property, hunt privately, but don't fuck my shit up cuz ur wife won't give u the money for a lease.

And the last fucking thing I want to have to do, is get permission from the state to hunt my own shit, u jackass! I work on my property almost year round, u think I'm gonna build ur democrat ass a blind and let u hunt? Ur everything but the Cajun u try to b so hard niqqer

I know he ain't serious about this, he's just starting shit like normal. But i have nothing to do for the next hour so I'll entertain the proposal and join in on the debate. However, I feel there could be a lesson learned for Dean in his proposal and I believe with th following motion we can teach him why private land ownership is so important. So to begin with the lesson, I advise that all should vote in favor of the following motion.

I move to amend the motion by striking out duck hunting property and adding Deans camp and private home in place the afore mentioned.

Here's what got me started on this path. That photo is of a 10,000 square foot "camp" built on the Atchafalaya River across and a mile down from my camp. The guy bought almost all of the property between the Atchafalaya River's natural course and the dredged Whisky River Pilot channel... thousands of acres. It is only accessible by water. He spent over $100K just laying utilities under the river channel. He displaced hunting clubs that were many generational and refused to work out a deal to let them continue. Over two hundred hunters were displaced and several hunting clubs. There's more land than his group could hunt in a lifetime. That's the kind of bullshit that pisses me off and why we need laws to protect hunting monopolies. We have them for corporations why not for duck hunting.

Money talks. You wanna hunt that land? Go buy it. You should call up the king ranch in Texas, they got over 800,000 acres! I'm sure they would let you and Obama hunt it lol
