i know of a place the lawyer can hunt. a friend here in bama has a uncle that bought 150,000 acres it has a big lodge stocked lakes everything you could ever want. 50,000 for a membership and about 15,000 a year dues. go sign up im sure you can shoot a duck!! problem solved!!

$15,000/year is nothing if you have access to all 150,000 acres! I know plenty of people that pay over $10,000/year for 10,000 acres or often less. If this is Black Belt land we're talking, it's well worth it. You're paying for monster deer and tons of turkey with ducks, rabbits, bobcats, coyotes, etc. as an added bonus. You'll also have more nuisance hogs than you can shake a stick at to get drunk riding around shooting.

All that said, we're talking Alabama here, not Texas, so I'm going to have to call bullshit that he just purchased a 150,000 acre tract of land unless he already owns much more than that and is buying up all around his land.
