i have an (duck) Acrylic Zink Power Hen PH-2 double reed
i have an (goose) Acrylic Zink Paralyzer SR-1 (short reed)


just one word of the wise im no pro caller at all but before you go spendin $150+ on a call go to your local sporting goods store and pick you up a Haydel's DR-85 its like 15 bucks very user freindly or a Primos Wench also not the expensive and very user freindly

Dark one is a Faulks that I've been having for going on 12 years. The lighter one is one a friend of mine in MS turned for me. It's made of Zebrawood. The small one is a whistle from a guy out of Washington state and it's out of Zebrawood too. I have a Faulks goose call that is just as old as my duck call, but not on my lanyard as I'm missing a spring.

I'll tell you like a wise man told me yesterday!! I blew it so when you get down the road and start blowing them their calls you know its not the call!!

Think about that one for a while!!!

I likes my Vortex dubble reed. I tuned it once i got it. real raspy. Then i feel that you have to have a 6-in-1 whistle, then i also hang a primos Nag single reed. It's a lot less rasp than the vortex. And last a Blue wing teal call . Yet my favorite duck call of all was lost in my house fire 2 septembers ago. It was an OLD Faulks made of cane. It had a red single reed and FAULKS was branded into it nothing else. Most incredable call i
ve ever blown but i've not been able to find another.

Whichever one is not clogged up with copenhagen!

I use quackhead double-J and quack stacker. I like the way they sound over the marsh. In the timber i use a commander cutt-down. Im a cheap one when it comes to calls.
