Re: I love Gatortails customer service!!! The problem I see in this industry is that they do not answer the phone or it goes to voice mail.
Called BPS folks today to see if they had the Q and Mukini for my 35 CDI Marine vanguard. That was 6 hours ago. Not an issue but waiting for a call back today or tomorrow. How hard is it for an employee to call back ?
Every time I call gator tail they immediately find someone in the shop to answer my question or they call me back. Every single time without exception I get a person. That's customer service.

I feel the same way customer service is good depending on who u talk to. the attitude of the guy in charge of the mechanics is very shitty sometimes and u usually get remarks like your motor is running bad cuz of wind and currents what customer wants to hear that shit.
