Post Stolen shotgun
My son got up at 3:00 am this morning to go hunting and turns out someone needed his shotgun more than him. They broke into his truck and stole his Winchester sx3 in max 4 camo and some other hunting gear. The day wasn't a total loss though. He still wanted to go hunting so he took my gun and got the canvasback he's been wanting for the wall.

They really need to bring out some sort of real punishment for theft. 3 democrats stole over 50k in equipment from our store a few years ago and all they do is lock em up for a few months let em out and hope you can get a couple restitution payments before they go back in. Fuckin chop some shit off hands nuts what ever. Fuckin thieves I hate em. Nuts would help a couple problems pos deadbeat gangsta dads uh not with no nuts.

yeah i'd like to get my hands on that POS myself. Truck was fingerprinted and serial numbers of gun were turned in to sherriff's office. I hope he's stupid enough to go pawn it.

Yeah they ended the hunt with 4 canvasbacks, 2 redheads, 4 grays and 2 scaup. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

Always leave my shotgun and blind bag by the back door when I hunt from home. When I travel, always bring guns into the room with me. Never want to be in your son's situation.

Sorry to hear about the gun. I can't stand a thief. On plus side, those are some beautiful colored up bull cans! Most of the ones I shoot aren't that nice lookin.

Good news!!!
Sherriff's office called yesterday saying that the gun and other belongings were recovered and can be picked up Friday. They said arrests will be made this week.

Cops said they couldn't give us any information yet because it's still under investigation and arrests haven't been made yet. From the information that I did get, it sounds like a lot more items were stolen from our subdivision which were in his possession.
