 Which single reed?
Bought a power hen 1 and really like it looking to step up in quality was thinking about the Zink NBG didn't like the daisy cutter also looking at banded calls any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Banded calls don't have much play in there tones. Kinda like a mono toned call to me.
I would say a Short Barrel or a diablo.

I could name off every call out there, but until you go and try them out yourself, you have no idea how they work with your calling style.

Seems like he has his foot in everywhere! Avery, RNT, banded and now his own calls!
He's a real nice guy for sure! He mc a competition down here a few years ago and did a great job! But has been tied up with stuff for the past years and we've been stuck with Belding.

Ive always used doubles and have had good results although i would like to be able to run a single. I know many look down on a double but a few guys that i know that are sure nuff duck killers hunt doubles do i dont buy in to the "training wheel" comments that are usually thrown out there. But Id like to hook up with someone that has a easy to use single and get a little instruction and try to figure it out tho

I was in your shoes last year picked up a zink power hen p-1 for 30 bucks to see If I would even like a single reed and went from there.
