 carb upgrade question

Post carb upgrade question
i have a 1982 18hp briggs on a long tail pushing a 18x52 . My question is what size carb is the biggest i can put on it with out over doing it. i will be up grading the exhaust at the same time

Thats a little motor for a big boat- I don't think they make a carb big enough to give you much performance.
