Re: My newest Project I will have approx. 65k in it. Nothing is done Half Azz. There is over $1,000.00 dollars worth of S/S bolts holding alum. Angle to pontoons. All framing is alum. Everything was done with overkill in mind. Where I could use 2x6's, I used 2x8's. The interior is going to have cypress bead board paneling. Just for living room, kitchen, hall, and loft, I need over 50 sheets. Almost $40.00 per sheet. My floor is 1.25" thick. I've doubled 2x12's (treated) around whole camp. It all adds up. When I'm finished it will have a $125k price tag on it (Furnished) over 1,000 sq feet of living. With 16'+ Ceilings in Living room and Kitchen. 10' walls.

Re: My newest Project I have a 12 man sewer treatment system. Between my pontoons I have a 500 gallon alum tank. (Same shape as pontoons) on each Side. So, I hold 1000 gallons of fresh water. Gutters will be able to be releases into tanks or over board. Depending on my water levels.
