 Re: Legal Round? So if you are hunting deer with a 30 round magazine---how long do you think that deer is going to hang around for anyone to unload the whole mag. Or even second or third rounds if not done in on the first round?
I say they ought to let 30 round Mags.

Re: Legal Round? I load .223 and 22-250. Same bullet. Also the same bullet for 220 swift. I have shot 3 white tail with the 53g and 62g Barnes TSX. The deer all went 30 yards max. It's amazing what that Barnes all copper bullet will do. I have also used the TSX in .243 and 30-06 on deer with excellent results.

Re: Legal Round? Texas ended their capacity restrictions and allows hunting with silencers now.... wish I could hunt ducks with a silencer.....that way the guys in the wrong pond 500 yards away won't hear me putting the smack down on the birds and take my spot the next hunt......
