 tunnel hull
Can you run a mud motor on a tunnel hull? I don't think it would work but just curious if anyone had tried it?

 Re: tunnel hull
Disturbs the water at the prop too much. Doesn't work well.

 Re: tunnel hull
I know some people that run tunnel on 27 pd ... Boats are 18-20x42 weldbilts ... Not the best in the world but gets the job done .. The usually have 4-6 people in each boat deepening on customers for the days hunt ..
Rode in one myself with two others all around the 250 mark with a cooler full of fish and beer .. We were running 23

 Re: tunnel hull
My buddy had one on a GatorTrax boat with a 29 hyperdrive, and it worked pretty well, until the hull was dented very badly, then we closed in the tunnel. He seemed to hit alot less stumps with the tunnel though.
