Post Help
I just returned home after a 3 hr drive with my brand new 36 hp FPR Prodrive. The motor will not even turn over. When I turn the key it goes clunk like the engine is locked up. Battery appears to have 12.5 volts. Do you guys have any suggestions? I can not get the dealer to answer the phone at this hour, I suppose I will have to wait until tomorrow.

throw some jumper cables on the battery and your truck and see what it does (I know you said you tested the battery, but that crap can be weird). Just start trouble-shooting from the battery to the starter checking for loose connections.

Sorry I cant be ore help.

check to make sure the connections to the starter are tight and the ground connections are tight.
Also the battery may appear good, but it could have a bad cell.
try another battery out of your truck or use jumper cables.

It will roll over with no kill switch. Make sure the clutch knob is pushed in as stated. That single "clunk" is the noise it makes if engaged.

OK Guys,
Thanks for the helpful replys, I ignored the useless ones, but I put the battery on charge all night long and tried it again this morning. At first a single clunk but I stayed on the key and it finally began a real slow grind and finally a good spin. Now it spins freely and starts very easily.
Thanks again for the guys that tried to help.

12.5 volts is not fully charged. have the battery tested with a conductance tester.
