picked up my new rig yesterday. went run her this morning.
1752 xtreme with stock gtr
i love the fit and finish of the boat. gator tail did a very nice job riggin it out. hydro turf is neatly cut, all wires are hidden, everything is zip tied. looks real nice. i have a welded in rod box on one side of the boat thats flush with the deck, by deck is an extended deck, but a lil bigger than normal. has sport deck transom. this fucker will turn. do u hear me? i back out, before she slides an inch. went run her this morning, empty boat. 9 gals of gas and a 200lb friend and ran 27mph at approx 36-3700 rpms. that was trimmed all the way up. seem a lil slower than usual to u guys? my last rig ran 34 modded out, and i aint sure if maybe my idle is off or governor needs to be cranked up or if im just used to the modded rig. what u guys think?

Not trying to jack this thread but I got my 18x52 Extreme with the 35 GTR on the back and I am running the same rpms....what should it be running at if yall say it is supposed to be higher?

Back to the Original Post...FD, there are three holes to adjust the angle of the motor...check and see if you are in the lowest one...I had the same thing with RPMs until i raised the motor up to the middle hole.

that is a great looking rig right there! if i were to replace my gator trax, it would be with that hull, or with an Auccoin. Congrats man. Anybody ever run the extreme with a pro drive. don't need anew motor!

alright guys...i bumped my out of water rpms up, but...i cant get the motor to turn higher than 3850 n the water. any ideas?

I am certainly not an expert by any means, but iw as having the same problem on my pro drive. I would check two things, your throttle linkage, to make sure it has full travel, and the governor setting. I realized I had the governor spring in the wrong slot. When I fixed these two things everything else came together.
