 Carb adjment Vanguard 31
I just put the dual exhaust kit on a buddies MB 31 Vanguard. It seems like it is running a little lean at idle and mid range now. It has a Nikki carb on it. I'm looking for the idle mixture adjustment.
I own a garage and can set mixture with my 5 gas analyzer, I just can't find where to adjust it.

Don't think the 31 has idle mix adjust on the carb. You can put a 35 carb on it- same fit as the 31.

 Re: Carb adjment Vanguard 31
If you go to mudbuddy.com, they sell the stock 35 carbs for something like $85.

 Re: Carb adjment Vanguard 31
Thanks for the info guys. I also learned that you have to check the coils in the mag for proper adjustment. It seems that some were not even close from the factory.
