Post Where is the cheapest place to buy a powerpole???
Like the title says. I have a 18x48 Prodrive and am looking to find a powerpole for the normal fishing activities. Is there anywhere online or local that have better prices than the others. Also, what are the recommendations for them, does everyone use the regular one vs the Micro???? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

I would think the standard style would be better for a boat that size. They seem to have a pretty standard price structure but you can occasionally find them a little cheaper and occasionally a used unit can be located. If you are handy at all you can install it yourself easily!

I put a micro on my 17×48 pro drive a few weeks back. I love it and rather it over the larger ones for what I do. Especially to remove it when I want to

I sell a bunch of power poles a year. Is there anything specific that you would like to know?

Per the micro, they literally just got released in January. So far, I have been having a hard time keeping them in inventory, as they are becoming very popular with people with "small" boats. The only thing I will say is that if you fish in heavy current, or happen to fish on a day with very strong winds the micro may have a hard time keeping the boat anchored. But other than that, I have yet to hear a complaint about them.

If you want a quote, pm me what model you are considering and your address, and I'll be happy to let you know what it cost.
