Bottom line is they lost. I don't see how appealing will fix anything. It took 6yrs to get this ruling. And they lost. He would be better off to lick his wounds and move on....but its his money. Competing companies sue each other quite often. I work as a tool and die maker to mostly the contract office furniture industry. Haworth sues Herman Miller who sues Steelcase. Steel case sues Haworth who goes after kimball etc. the biggest difference between those companies and gator tail or MB. They've got billions and probably allocate funds every physical year for law suits.

From my perspective half of what's wrong with this country, are lawyers trying to make bank on frivolous law suits!

Fucking crook is trying to break into a house to steal items which do not belong to him. He falls thru the skylight on the roof. Cripples himself. Sues the builder of the said faulty sky light and the owners of the home. Wins the case because some bleeding heart magistrate and a bunch of dumb ass jury awards him the millions! These are just two cases that came to mind but the courts are backed up full of these types of shit. Someone has to pay for them and most of the time it's eventually passed down to the hard working people like us in one form or another. Higher insurance rates or higher prices at the local stores etc. all the while the lawyers are sending their kids to Harvard, Princeton etc. Mean while the hard working blue collar folks are trying to save for years to send their children to a state college or the young person get strapped with student loans that they will be paying on for years! All in the name of a right to a fair trial? Lmao yes sir

Probably so Daniel. By the way I feel soooo stupid for buying a gator tail because it was what I wanted after I had a mud buddy and 2 pro drives. The law suit (that I had no idea existed when I bought my GT) really made it clear to me that I needed a gtr, and if the suit was won, I was sure that the blue book value of my motor would have doubled. Man Kyle B. Really bent me over when I bought it because 100% of the profits went to suing mud buddy. Damn I feel violated. Yet my motor still does exactly what I want it to do (as well as happy mb, gd, and pd owners everywhere) and life goes on. Truth be told, a fuck was never given about some law suit by me.

A true bitch will give a company a deposit for a 2 week wait on a motor only to wait for 2 years or longer for a non researched piece of shit, or in the case of the H, a motor that got never really came to fruit by the original owner. Oh and he said "buying into lies..." Bwhahahaha! Bend over! It's coming in hard and without lube.

Man i can tell ya it goes both ways. All the companies here their disciples. I have had 3 of the big 4 (all but gd) and I liked em all. Just happen to like the conveniences on a gtr a little better.
