 Gator-Tail outboards
Has anybody had any bad experience dealing with Gator-Tail outboards directly?

I don't run GT but I do t think I've ever heard a bad thing about the sales & service. My bro n law just went by and placed an order for a full rig. He said they were cool.

 Re: Gator-Tail outboards
They always took care of me (since 2009) when I had an issue that required their attention. That's how you create brand locality.

 Re: Gator-Tail outboards
Ordered my motor directly from them and the shipping company bent the rock guard. They had a new rock guard to my door in a few days with matching camo and told me how to straighten out the other one and said to keep it as spare.

 Re: Gator-Tail outboards
Absolutely top notch customer service!! As stated above, when you can get Kyle on the phone and he gives you his attention as well as bubba and Hoyt that says something. You won't regret your purchase.

 Re: Gator-Tail outboards
I've seen a couple threads in the past where people weren't happy, but on this site, you won't hear it often, and if you do, it's likely to never be seen or heard from again. Also, there's only one bad review of PD cs, and no good reviews of MB cs, and no one actually needing cs from godevil. You likely won't be disappointed with them or their motors, but to say they've never had bad cs or won't means you've consumed enough kool-aid, and you'll be fine.

Glad MB sells parts to anyone. I emailed awhile back to get a price on a new gtr with no return email or call.
