That's something you don't see all the time. Where is that?

When water is dropping hard you can normally see them at the mouth of canals when meets up with the g/a just sitting there with thier mouth open. In the current I guess they eat the stuff that's comming out if the woods no telling but that's how I always find them

I shot mine in the Missouri River by Yankton SD, yeah it's tagged we're only allowed 1 and it's by lottery for archery. They have no bone only cartilage and clean up pretty easy, tasted good but some of the people said the texture was similar to a undercooked pork chop but I liked it, gonna deep fry the next batch. Was only allowed to hunt a 3/4 mi stretch below a dam and just anchored then waited for em to surface n roll hellofa fast shot but darn fun

I was told in Louisiana you can keep two if it is caught on accident but if you shoot one with a bow it is obviously not an accident. So they are illegal bowfish. I would like some clarification if anyone knows for sure because I know where I can shoot a couple of those.

Nice fish. Glad to see you connect... kicking my ass for sure.

I've fished 4 days in that exact same spot in the last 2 weeks and shot 39 arrows... nothing. This is the longest its ever taken me... might be bad luck. My house is 8 miles from there, so I have no excuse (except for f'ing work) for not getting out more.

You can keep one with a 54" fork length i beleive. Quick draw i'd take that picture down cause that baby is illegal as shit! Not the fish to be illegal with might i add, they are federally protected here.

OK, in Louisiana "2 per day, 30" max lower fork length and cannot be snagged.
